Below you see the main screen of JamDB
On the left you can see a list of all artists or those you searched for. You can search for artists, albums or songs as well as for all songs added the last n days, weeks or months or a combination of these methods.
On the right side you see the details of an artist. In this frame you see the artists name as headline. Clicking on it will play all songs of the artist.
JamDB recognizes albums of the artists and differs between real albums and samplers where the artist is present. Songs which do not belong to an album or a sampler appear as of "Unknown Type".
Clicking on such an entry will show the contents of the album or the song on the clicked sampler on the right side. The details table on the right shows tracknumbers, songtitles, playlength and a songs comment. Too see more interesting details of a special song just hold the mouse over the info icon [i] for a moment and you will see an info box as you can see in the screenshot.
To download a single song, click on the floppy icon. If there is a cover image available it will be shown, too.

The intelligent sampler detection in JamDB enables you to let JamDB list artists or samplers in the left frame. Just change lower dropdown box from "View Artists" to "View Samplers" and you are able to view the contents of a sampler.
By clicking on the artists name in brackets in the right detail view you can switch to the artists view and see all stuff from the specified artist.

Below you see a search result where we search for all songs containing the term "girls". If you click on "View result of girls" on the left side you will get a list of all songs that matched your search. You can sort them by artist, album or song.

By clicking on an artist after a search you see the artists details on the right with search results highlighted like you can see below.
